DELIVERY
All deliveries are free of charge, sent via Royal Mail Signed For.  Typical delivery times are 3-5 working days in the UK and up to 10 days for worldwide.  Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.

If you'd like further information about your delivery please email info@thiswaytoheaven.com quoting your order number and the date it was placed.

RETURNS
Any ordered item can be returned unworn within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.  All products must be unused and undamaged and in the original packaging to ensure a full credit.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

For your own protection all items should be returned using the same method it was sent, i.e. First Class, Signed For/Recorded Delivery.
